Our construction team is built around a solid foundation of core contractors, who perform quality work and collaborate fully with our project team to ensure
timely and cost-effective delivery of our projects. Our plumbing works on these projects and for many years have been carried out by Shane and his team at Aspiring Group.
The work ethic of Shane and his team allows us to utilize a collaborative approach in respect of our contractor costs for the projects and we find that utilizing a direct charge
method, reduces our costs considerably against a firm fixed price. We have limited few contractors that we would recommend this method,
but to date in our projects this has worked well with Shanes team as they are flexible and hard working and you certainly get value for money from them.
